Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)

About ICC

Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is a mandatory committee that every employer is required to constitute within his organization to receive and redress complaints of sexual harassment.

The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 or the POSH-SHW Act has laid down a detailed guideline to ensure a safe and harassment-free environment at workplace.
